If you are a potential scientific founder with a broad IP platform
needing translational funds to bring the proof of concept to industry
and a marketable project or service; if you are already a director
of a young life science start up enterprise; or if you are a VC
or an Angel with a portfolio of companies or a proposition under
review P2F can help.
P2F can help in a number of ways :
- Provide the interim early management to coordinate inventing
founders, patent applications and finalise business models and
development programmes to the point of being able to draft a business
plan and make an elevator pitch for investors;
- Be retained to network investors and raise funds
- Conduct IP due diligence and freedom to operate investigations
- Be retained by TTO’s to assimilate a scientific project
and commercial proposal in to a sound business plan proposition
- Provide Business Development resource and Interim Management
for young companies in the life science sector
The above can all be provided on a retained daily rate (€380)
or a combination of a minimum retained rate and a percentage success
fee on either funds raised or value of license/collaborations deals
attained for the start-up.
